This section will have ways to support literacy and to develop  existing skills through activities and games.  

Reading Summer Challenge ~ Get silly this summer with reading challenge 

See the attached Pie Corbett's reading spine for great ideas with what to do with a book , ranging from picture books to novels. It also has a helpful list of the books at the end so skip to here first and check out what's in your home library. Full of creative and engaging activities for you and your family. 

Have a look at alternatives to writing, lots of useful ideas and links e.g. mind mapping, audio recording etc..

New resources for handwriting ~ see below for joining guides and work towards getting that pen licence ! You can do it.
