KS2 Science Trip

Yesterday we went on a fantastic trip to Airbus Foundation Discovery Space. The children had a really lovely day where they got to take part in a number of different activities.

A superb way of looking at light, materials and invention. Pupils made their own camera obscura, which will reflect light to project images onto a small screen.

The children created and tested paper bangers to see who could make the loudest noise.

We saw a show where the children had a closer look at materials, scrutinized solids, looked into liquids and got excited about gases. Through this show they learnt to classify materials and how we can change their behaviour.

I have attached the follow up challenge task below for further information.
